Delete your Discoverly account

In the app

1. Open Discoverly and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Privacy & visibility.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email discoverly.connect@gmail.com from any address with the subject “Delete my Discoverly account” and the phone number you signed up with. To protect you, we will confirm the request with that number before deleting, and we complete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• your name, photo, headline, organisation, about text and LinkedIn link;
• your roles, sectors and everything else in your profile;
• your phone number;
• the messages and photos you sent, for you and for the people you sent them to;
• the asks you posted, your offers to help, and reports you made;
• your connections, devices and sign-in sessions; and
• your requests to add cafés.

What is kept

Your past check-ins remain only as anonymous counts in venue statistics, and can no longer be linked to you. Copies of deleted data may stay in our encrypted backups for a short period until they are overwritten. See our privacy policy for more.
